UNAC Sick Leave Bank

Our UNAC Sick Leave Bank was inherited when we merged with UAFT. It enables UNAC members to receive extended, paid medical leave within Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations. Contact our Contract Manager for help with the process!

Education Benefit: Tuition Waiver

Article 16 of our current CBA changed our education benefit to match 2018 BOR policy, getting rid of a six-month wait period and ensuring that you (UNAC members), your spouses, and your dependents are eligible for this tuition waiver benefit when you need it. The policy details are included here.
